3F is a brand of hi-tech US products for bird repelling distributed in Italy by SI.DE.R srl
3F devices and products, widely used and tested all around the world, are producted by Bird-X Inc. since 1964.
Sider srl is trading Bird-X repelling systems and devices since 1998.
During last ten years we constantly increased our know-how working within Airports, Industry, Hospitals and public buildings, solving a wide range of different issues, often very hard.
Our daily goal is giving our Customers high quality service and assistance in every step, from first approach to the final system installation.
Here's a schematic list of process steps:
- we accept the request and dispatch it to the appropriate sector Manager
- we find out the appropriate product or integrated system to treat the issue with
- we dispatch the request to our specialized Architect team (in the better case the Customer send us location design plans or photo
- we draft a specific project indicating type and number of devices to be installed, with strategic device positioning
- we deliver our commercial proposal
- support for system deploy / direct installation by our specialized team
Every step in our charge, meaning until the commercial proposal, will be dealt with the most thorough and fast way
